Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Revuelto to your Discord server, interacting with its slash or prefix commands, participating in its economy, or accessing its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue using the bot and remove it from your server.

2. Discord Policy Compliance

All users of Revuelto must strictly comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. Violations of Discord's policies while interacting with Revuelto will result in an immediate blacklist and permanent ban from our services.

3. Virtual Currency & Economy (Zero Monetary Value & No RMT)

All currencies (Cash, Bank Credits), vehicles, crates, titles, skins, and items obtained in Revuelto are strictly virtual game assets:

• Virtual items have no real-world cash or monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for fiat currency.
• Real-Money Trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited: Buying, selling, or trading in-game currency, vehicles, or accounts for real-world money, gift cards, or external services will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all virtual assets.

4. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Automated Scripting Ban

To preserve a fair and competitive multiplayer environment:

• Prohibition of Automation: Using self-bots, macros, auto-clickers, keystroke scripts, or modified Discord clients to automate commands or minigames is strictly forbidden.
• Anti-Cheat Telemetry & Captchas: Revuelto utilizes automated risk scoring and interactive verification challenges (captchas). Evading, failing, or tampering with anti-cheat challenges will trigger automated timeouts, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.
• Exploits & Duplication: Knowingly exploiting bugs, abusing glitches, or duplicating virtual assets is strictly prohibited. Exploits must be reported immediately to staff.

5. Community Conduct & Custom Driver Names

Custom player identifiers (such as Ranked Driver Names and profile titles) are broadcast publicly across Discord servers and must remain appropriate:

• Driver names containing hate speech, profanity, harassment, sexual content, or staff impersonation are prohibited and subject to automated filtering or administrative removal.
• Repeated offensive behavior across cross-server matchmaking or public channels will result in competitive suspension.

6. Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation

Revuelto is an independent, community-developed Discord bot project. All third-party trademarks, vehicle names, logos, manufacturer badges, and related imagery belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and gameplay purposes only. Revuelto is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer.

7. Service Availability, Rebalances & Modifications

Revuelto is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The development team reserves the right to modify, balance, adjust economy rates, patch vulnerabilities, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance without prior liability. In the event of catastrophic exploits, administrative rollbacks or account resets may be executed to protect the health of the game economy.
