1. Information We Collect & Store

To operate Revuelto's racing RPG systems, virtual economy, cross-server multiplayer, and security protections, the bot collects and persistently stores the following data in its local database:

• Discord Identifiers: Your public Discord User ID, Server ID, and interaction Channel IDs to route command outputs and cooldown reminders.
• Player Identity: Custom chosen Ranked Driver Name, equipped titles, unlocked achievement badges, and cosmetic profile preferences.
• Economy & Assets: Virtual wallet and bank balances, vehicle garage collection, car lock statuses, crate inventory (Common, Premium, Mythic), and gacha pity counters.
• Game Progression & Statistics: Player level, XP, prestige level and tokens, daily streak counters, daily quest progress, job employment history, and achievement completion maps.
• Financial Audit Ledger: Internal transaction audit records logging timestamps, sources (Work, Race, Crate, Shop, Casino, PvP, Heist, Auction), amount, and balances before and after transactions for fraud and anti-duplication auditing.
• Competitive & Ranked Racing: Ranked rating (MMR), tier, race match histories with opponent IDs/names, win/loss/draw records, and historical season end snapshots (Hall of Fame).
• Anti-Cheat & Security Telemetry: Command invocation rates, timing intervals between actions, session durations, interactive verification challenge outcomes, response times, and administrative moderation/ban records.
• Audit Log Files: Local records for promotional code redemptions, 3-to-1 car exchanges, and global crate distributions.

2. Privileged Discord Gateway Intents & In-Memory Data

Revuelto utilizes Discord Gateway Intents solely to provide interactive features:

• Message Content Intent: The bot inspects channel message content strictly to match prefix commands (.) or bot mentions. Unrelated message content is never logged, stored, or processed, and is immediately discarded in memory.
• Server Members Intent: Used exclusively to verify server membership, compute active player counts, and validate server booster perks.
• Discord Avatars & Display Names:User avatar images are temporarily fetched from Discord's CDN into volatile memory solely to render visual profile cards and dynamic race animations, and are immediately discarded after image generation.

Revuelto never collects or stores private DM text, personal email addresses, account passwords, real-world payment card information, or user IP addresses.

3. Publicly Displayed & Cross-Server Gameplay Data

As a multiplayer Discord bot, certain gameplay accomplishments and identity elements are publicly accessible:

• Server & Global Leaderboards: Your username or custom Ranked Driver Name, balances, net worth, and win totals are displayed globally across all servers via /leaderboard and /ranked leaderboard.
• Global Gacha Drop Broadcasts: High-rarity crate unboxings (Mythic & Exotic vehicles) broadcast an announcement embed containing your Discord username, vehicle won, rarity tier, and market value to public Discord webhook channels in our community server.
• Cross-Server Ranked Matchmaking:When competing in cross-server Ranked races, your chosen Driver Name, assigned car, and PR rating are rendered in match animations displayed in the competitor's Discord server.
• Auction House & Profiles: Active vehicle listings, bid history, driver profiles (/profile), and Hall of Fame seasonal archives are publicly inspectable by other Discord users.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Webhooks

We strictly do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data communication is limited to essential service providers:

• Discord Inc.: Transmits slash command interactions, embeds, generated profile graphics, and public community webhooks for gacha announcements and auction updates.
• Top.gg API: Sends aggregate, non-personal bot server count statistics over HTTPS POST every 30 minutes, and receives voter Discord User IDs via authenticated webhooks to credit in-game vote rewards.
• DiscordBotList (DBL): Receives voter Discord User IDs via authenticated webhooks to credit vote rewards.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

Player data is stored persistently to preserve your gameplay progression and virtual assets indefinitely, without automated expiration for inactive accounts.

Account Deletion Rights: You may request deletion of your player profile at any time by joining our Official Support Server and submitting a data removal request.

Important Note on System Integrity: Processing an account deletion wipes your active player profile, garage, inventory, and progression. However, immutable financial transaction ledgers, anti-cheat enforcement records, and historical automated database backup archives are retained to maintain overall economy integrity, detect exploits, and enforce persistent security bans.

6. Security & Infrastructure

Revuelto game data is hosted locally on secure private server infrastructure. All database queries utilize parameterized bindings to prevent injection attacks, access is restricted to verified developers, and automated encrypted snapshots are created periodically to prevent data corruption.
